Correcting these errors through instant replay might seem like an easy fix. It’s not. Taking the time to correct these errors would significantly slow down the rhythm of the game. Likewise, thoughtful leaders consider the costs and benefits of detecting and correcting certain types of errors. Some may be tolerable, others may not be.
